In order to furnish the most economic, pure and hygienic Gujarati Meals & Cuisine to all classes of the pilgrims and devotees Shri. Arasuri Ambaji Mata Devasthan Trust has established a huge Lodging Center, namely, Ambica Bhojanalay, besides State Transport Bus Station. According to a survey more than three to four thousand of tourists & devotees per day use to have their lunch and dinners at a quite economic tariff rate of just Rs.8-00 for adult and Rs.4-00 for a child. And on the eve of festival in Ambaji like Bhadarvi Punam and others, the trust charges at the rate of Rs.5-00 per person, for the benefits of the devotees of Mata Ambaji. During this Festival time, nearly 10000 (ten thousand) of pilgrims use to take the advantage of this great facilities, in Ambica Bhojanalay. During 2002-2003 more than 6,77,914 tourists had enjoyed this facilities and Shri Arasuri Ambaji Mata Devasthan Trust incurred a loss of Rs.46.49 lakhs for this services. Recently a special dish for Rs.25/- containing sweet etc. is also introduced, having a pretty good response from devotees.
